Job Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber Business Development Intern for one of our co-working spaces client to drive revenue by acquiring new corporate clients, handling, and selling flexible workspace solutions like private offices, hot desks, and meeting rooms. Business Development Intern will focus on lead generation, cold calling, site tours, and relationship management to meet monthly sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

 

Must Have Skills

● Confident in outreach, networking, and relationship building

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication

Sales & Negotiation: Ability to pitch, persuade, and convert leads into business.

Lead Generation & Management: Experience or interest in identifying potential leads via cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.

Goal-Oriented: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

● Basic understanding of sales or business development processes

● Research-driven mindset with good analytical ability

● Presentation and negotiation skills

● Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

● Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace

 

Key Skills & Requirements

● 0–2 years in B2B sales, real estate, or hospitality

● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Negotiation: Strong capability to negotiate and close deals.

● Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

 

Key Responsibilities

● Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively sourcing new business through cold calling, networking, and LinkedIn marketing.

● Client Relationship Management: Handling inquiries, conducting tours of the co-working space, and closing deals.

● Market Research: Identifying target companies and understanding industry trends.

● Target Achievement: Meeting daily and monthly targets for sales revenue and occupancy.

 

Educational Qualifications

● Preferred Degrees: Pursuing or recently completed an MBA (Marketing/Sales preferred), BBA, BBM, or a bachelor's in commerce/economics.

● Current Students: final-year undergraduate or postgraduate students are preferred.

● Academic Background: A solid understanding of business, marketing principles.
