Business Development Intern – University & College Partnerships

Stipend: 10,000/month + Performance Incentives

Duration: 6 Months

CareerSecure is looking for a target-driven Business Development Intern to support our university and college partnerships, student engagement, lead generation, and program enrollments. This role is ideal for candidates interested in sales, business development, education partnerships, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with universities, colleges, TPOs, placement teams, and faculty members.
• Identify opportunities and coordinate workshops, career sessions, seminars, and student engagement activities.
• Generate, qualify, and manage student leads through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Counsel interested students and support them through the enrollment process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges and universities.
• Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and daily activity reports.
• Work towards assigned lead generation and enrollment targets.
• Travel to universities and colleges for meetings, workshops, and business development activities as required.
