Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in identifying and generating new business opportunities.
  • Support lead generation activities through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Maintain and update customer databases (CRM tools) regularly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, presentations, and client requirements.
  • Participate in client calls/meetings and take follow-ups.
  • Conduct basic market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Help in preparing sales reports, MIS, and performance tracking.
  • Support in organizing campaigns, events, or product promotions.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with prospective clients.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Development preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in sales and client-facing roles
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools is an added advantage
  • Immediate joiners preferred
