Responsibilities

• Identify and filter potential B2B leads based on target criteria (industry, location, job title, etc.) using professional networking platforms and databases.
• Handle lead generation and qualification calls to pitch our services/products effectively.
• Craft and send personalized professional messages to key prospects and decision-makers.
• Support the core business development team by managing pipelines, scheduling meetings, and ensuring seamless handoffs.
• Maintain a highly structured tracker of all leads, call outcomes, responses, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach scripts and strategy.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of professional networking platforms (like LinkedIn) and a keen interest in lead generation.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling professional phone conversations confidently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow structured workflows.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn B2B sales processes.

Internship Details

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Onsite)

Stipend: ₹10,000 / month

Growth: Opportunity for full-time role based on performance.
