Position: Intern Business Development
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Noida Sector-63
Stipend: 10,000 INR (Fixed) per month + Incentive
Incentives: 2,000 INR for each successful sales conversion
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support our sales and growth initiatives. The intern will be responsible for lead generation, client outreach, and assisting in closing business opportunities. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world sales and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate potential leads through online research, cold calling, emails, and social media platforms
Reach out to prospective clients to introduce company products/services
Schedule and attend in-person client meetings
Support the sales team in follow-ups and negotiations
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions
Assist in preparing sales pitches and presentations
Achieve assigned targets and contribute to business growth
Required Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fields
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts
Willingness to travel for in-person meetings (if required)
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
