.We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Intern to support our business development and sales initiatives. This internship offers hands-on exposure to B2B technology sales, customer engagement, lead generation, and enterprise solution selling

.Key Responsibilitie

sLead Generation & Prospectin

  • gResearch and identify potential customers across various industries
  • .Build and maintain a database of prospects and decision-makers
  • .Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, cold calling, and market research
  • .Support outbound sales activities to create new business opportunities

.Business Development Suppor

  • tAssist the sales team in identifying opportunities for IT Services, Managed Services, Cybersecurity, Digital Workplace, and Field Services solutions
  • .Schedule meetings and product presentations with prospective clients
  • .Participate in customer discovery calls and requirement-gathering sessions
  • .Track and follow up on sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle

.Customer Engagemen

  • tEstablish professional relationships with prospective customers
  • .Understand customer business challenges and identify suitable service offerings
  • .Support proposal preparation, presentations, and sales documentation
  • .Assist in maintaining strong customer communication and engagement

.Market Research & Competitive Analysi

  • sConduct research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
  • .Analyze market opportunities within target sectors
  • .Prepare reports on customer requirements, market insights, and competitor activities
  • .Identify potential verticals and strategic accounts for business expansion

.Sales Operations & CRM Managemen

  • tUpdate and maintain customer records in CRM systems
  • .Track sales activities, meetings, opportunities, and follow-ups
  • .Generate weekly and monthly sales activity reports
  • .Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and sales progress

.Field Sales Suppor

  • tAccompany senior sales executives for customer visits and meetings
  • .Support onsite customer presentations and demonstrations
  • .Participate in industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and networking activities
  • .Assist in coordinating customer engagement activities and promotional campaigns
