Bharat Managed Services (BMS) is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support its Business Development team in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth initiatives. This internship offers practical exposure to B2B business development, market research, sales strategies, and customer engagement.
The internship is designed as a pathway to a full-time position, with successful interns being considered for permanent employment based on their performance, business requirements, and overall contribution during the six-month internship.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, and other digital platforms.
- Reach out to prospective clients to introduce the company's products and services.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the Business Development team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, quotations, and client documentation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities using CRM software.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to support business development initiatives.
- Follow up with potential clients and ensure timely communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports and performance updates.
- Participate in client meetings, networking events, and internal training sessions as required.
- Support customer onboarding and ensure smooth handover to the respective teams after deal closure.
Required Skills

Educational Qualification
- Pursuing or recently completed:
- BBA
- MBA (Marketing, Sales, Business Development)
- B.Com
- BE/B.Tech
- Any bachelor's degree with an interest in Business Development or Sales
