Internship Title: Business Development Intern (At Buzz Vertical)

Company: Atraski India Location: Chittaranjan Park, Greater Kailash

Employment Type: Full-time Internship

Stipend: 5,000 - 7,000 per month (Based on Candidate Profile) + Commission

About Atraski India & At Buzz:

Atraski India is the parent company and holding group that owns several specialized verticals, including At Buzz (Creative Marketing Agency), My City My Voice, Atraski Fashion, Atraski Events, Jheeni, and At Stay.

This role is specifically with At Buzz, the creative marketing and media agency dedicated to making a difference through storytelling, strategy, and digital innovation. We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Intern to drive growth by securing new clients for our marketing solutions.

Internship Details & Schedule:

  • Duration: 6 Months
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday and Alternate Saturdays
  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

Market Research & Ideal Client Profiling:

  • Identify Ideal Clients: Research and pinpoint potential market segments and businesses that are actively seeking creative, strategy-driven marketing and digital solutions (e.g., high-growth D2C brands, mid-sized B2B tech/SaaS companies, established lifestyle/FMCG brands, or startups needing strong brand narratives).
  • Conduct outreach through cold and warm calling to generate new leads and set up meetings.
  • Learn to maintain and track a sales pipeline and sales funnel.
  • Target Achievement: Work towards achieving a minimum monthly sales/project target to qualify for performance-based commission.

Client Communication & Support:

  • Assist in creating project briefs and quotations for potential clients.
  • Participate in on-site visits to understand client needs and support lead closures.
  • Help coordinate with the operational team to ensure smooth after-sales execution.

Marketing & Strategy:

  • Collaborate with our marketing team to promote solutions and campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to help inform business strategy.
  • Contribute creative ideas to sales and marketing efforts.

Who We're Looking For (Requirements):

  • A student or recent graduate passionate about sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and can-do attitude, with the ability to think on your feet.
  • Basic proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
