Job description
The ideal candidate will work with the Business Development head to generate new business for the company with prospecting, lead generation, and closing new deals.
Responsibilities
- Connect with decision-makers in target organisations to pitch them our software solutions
- Present product demo and address their concerns
- Handling negotiations to close deals
- Manage relationships with existing and new clients to achieve target NPS
- Co-ordination with the internal marketing team to amplify brand visibility and lead generation
- Manage and report data based on CRM and sales software
- identify new partnership and growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience in software or digital advertising
- Must be self-driven and willing to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful business development strategies
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage and scale the sales team
