Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Intern role based in Gurugram. The role involves conducting market research to identify opportunities, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include building relationships with potential clients, promoting AIS services to vendors and customers, and supporting the business development team to meet strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to use data for decision-making and solving problems.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and vendors.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment in Gurugram.
- Proactive attitude, organizational skills, and willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard event vendors such as photographers, decorators, caterers, and other service providers
- Conduct cold calling and, if required, field visits to acquire and manage vendor partnerships
- Generate leads and assist in converting potential clients into business opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers
- Support the team in executing business development strategies and daily operations
