Business Development

Job roles and responsibilities :

• Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities for both Domestic & International Process.
• Keep prospective client database updated.
• Make cold calls for new business leads.
• Support in writing new business proposals.
• Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
• Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.

Candidate Profile :

• Candidates with strong experience in Business Development from BPO/ call center Industry.
• Exposure in Power point presentations, prepare modules & quotations according to the business needs.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills with written and verbal communication.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
