  • Drive expansion by securing highimpact restaurant locations.
  • Lead growth for a major QSR brand through strategy and strong negotiations.

Job Description

  • Prepare yearly location sourcing calendars in alignment with the leadership team.
  • Source highquality restaurant locations across high streets, malls, food courts, neighbourhood delcos, cloud kitchens, and nontraditional formats.
  • Lead all landlord negotiations, ensuring favourable terms and compliance with all statutory requirements.
  • Work with Projects and Operations teams to ensure timely location delivery and landlord deliverables.
  • Manage key accounts across airports, malls, corporates, transport hubs, hospitals, and educational institutions.
  • Present competition mapping insights and support feasibility studies for Board approval.
  • Ensure existing sites meet commercial KPIs through ongoing negotiations and performance oversight.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong background in business development who has worked with Pizza serving companies
  • Strong knowledge of the south market.
  • Proven expertise in strategic planning and market analysis.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in leading teams and achieving revenue goals.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • An ability to adapt to a fast-paced and competitive environment.
