Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Goa, India. As the Business Development Head, you will lead the company's growth strategies by identifying and developing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales initiatives. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and implementing business plans, analyzing market trends, collaborating with internal teams to meet sales goals, and representing the company in business meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

• Strong business development, strategic planning, and market analysis skills
• Proficiency in sales, client relationship management, and negotiation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities
• Experience with real estate, construction, or related industries is highly beneficial
• Ability to manage teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Familiarity with the Goan market and/or real estate industry trends is a plus
