Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Location: Sector 66, Gurugram, Haryana

Work Mode: Remote/In Office

Employment Type: Full Time

Experience Required: Min 5+ years

The objective of this role is:

Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients. Provide guidance and support to Media Buying Team for their respective categories.

Job Responsibilities:

a) Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

b) Analyse market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve

c) Collaborate with the Media buying team to develop effective marketing campaigns

d) Monitor offer performance and report on key metrics to upper management

e) knowledge identifying pipelines for new business growth

Required Skills and Qualifications (Personality/Attributes/Traits):

a) Excellent communication and negotiation skills

b) Minimum experience required 5-6 years

c) In-Depth Knowledge of the Agency/Affiliate Business

d) Strong Interpersonal skills

e) Flexibility and adaptability

f) Dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales

g) Proven track record in Business Development with a minimum of 3 years of experience

h) Bachelor's degree in any stream
