We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Head to drive strategic growth across specialized engineering segments including slope stabilization, ground improvement, soil nailing, rock anchoring, chemical grouting, and geotechnical solutions.
This leadership role requires a strong blend of market insight, technical understanding, and commercial acumen to expand our business footprint and secure high-value infrastructure projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & Strategy
·Lead end-to-end business development lifecycle: lead generation to project closure.
·Identify new markets, sectors, and revenue opportunities
·Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company objectives
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
·Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders:
o EPC contractors
o Infrastructure companies
o Government and private clients
o Consultants and PMC firms
·Drive client engagement and repeat business
Tendering & Commercial Management
·Lead tender participation, bid strategy, and pricing decisions
·Analyze project requirements, risks, and profitability
·Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
Team Leadership
·Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Business Development team
·Set targets, monitor performance, and ensure delivery of results
Cross-functional Coordination
·Collaborate with technical, estimation, and execution teams
·Ensure smooth transition from business acquisition to project execution

Requirements·Proven experience in a Business Development leadership role

o Infrastructure sectors such as highways, metros, dams, mining
