This role requires strong institutional relationship management, regulatory understanding, structured documentation capability, and disciplined follow-ups. • Prepare and submit Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for franchise projects in alignment with subsidy guidelines and regulatory frameworks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (finance, operations, BD, technical) to gather accurate and relevant data required for DPR submissions and compliance documentation.
  • Track subsidy applications, approval timelines, and regulatory milestones; ensure structured follow-ups until closure.
  • Report progress, timelines, risks, and updates to senior management and franchise investors in a structured and transparent manner.
  • Manage all documentation, MoUs, official correspondence, and compliance trackers related to government processes.
  • Monitor policy changes, government notifications, and incentive programs relevant to EV charging infrastructure.

  • Strong coordination skills to gather cross-functional data and align stakeholders toward submission deadlines.
  • Experience in reporting progress and timelines to senior management or investors.
  • Knowledge of EV policies, regulatory frameworks, and existing government networks/connections within the EV ecosystem will be an added advantage.
  • High ownership mindset with disciplined follow-up ability.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability startup environment.
