We are now looking for a hunter — someone who can bring in new business every single month.

*Job Title: Business Development Executive*

Location: Coimbatore (On-site) | Full-Time

*Your KRA: Get new clients. Grow revenue.*

*What You'll Do:*

- Generate leads daily for our core services: Brand Consulting, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Performance Ads, Video Production & Website Development

- Research and identify potential clients — startups, SMEs, hospitals, schools, real estate, retail brands

- Cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, networking, relentless follow-ups

- Pitch Zrava's services, conduct client meetings, prepare proposals and close deals with the Founder

- Coordinate with the creative team for smooth onboarding

- Maintain sales pipeline and report weekly target vs achievement

*Who We Are Looking For:*

- 1-3 years in Business Development / Sales in an agency, marketing, advertising or IT services background is a MUST

- Proven track record in lead generation and closing — not just relationship management

- Excellent communication — you can sell on a call and in person

- Street-smart, target-driven, self-motivated

- Knows how to use LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, Justdial, IndiaMART to hunt leads

- Based in Coimbatore / willing to relocate. This is NOT remote.
