Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and meeting revenue targets. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, preparing presentations, leading negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success. The Business Development Executive will also focus on generating leads, maintaining a sales pipeline, and delivering tailored solutions to address client needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Research and Sales Strategy development
• Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Business Communication
• Ability to generate leads and manage a structured Sales Pipeline
• Experience with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in IT services or consulting is a plus
