Role Requirements (EdTech-Focused)

  • Strong understanding of the EdTech industry, including student acquisition models, academic program sales, and education services.
  • Prior experience working in an EdTech or education-based organization is mandatory / highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with counselling-based sales, student/parent interaction, and program pitching.
  • Ability to explain academic offerings clearly and confidently to students and parents.
  • Experience in handling inbound and outbound leads related to educational programs.
  • Understanding of admission cycles, enrollment processes, and student lifecycle management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 13 years of prior experience in EdTech / education sales / academic counselling.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment or revenue targets.
  • Strong communication skills in English and regional language(s) (Malayalam preferred).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
