Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Indore. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client relationships, and developing sustainable partnerships. The role involves conducting market research, creating personalized business strategies, and achieving sales targets while building strong client trust and rapport.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and capitalize on opportunities
  • Strong skills in Business and Account Management to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Exceptional Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site team environment in Indore
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and business targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the modular furniture or related industry is a plus
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and propose solutions
