Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Company: Worknest

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team at Worknest. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in bidding on Upwork and Freelancer.com, generating leads, writing effective proposals, and closing clients for digital services. You will be responsible for managing client communication, understanding project requirements, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships.

Your daily responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, writing targeted proposals, following up with leads, maintaining records, and achieving monthly targets. Candidates must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in IT, digital marketing, design, or service-based industries is preferred.

If you have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of online freelance platforms, and the ability to deliver consistent results, we'd love to have you on our team.
