Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth. This role is ideal for freshers who have excellent communication and presentation skills and are keen to build a career in business development within the advertising and marketing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through data mining, market research, and online prospecting
- Identify potential clients, decision-makers, and business opportunities
- Conduct initial outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Prepare and present company decks, proposals, and pitch presentations
- Coordinate with creative, strategy, and leadership teams for customized pitches
- Maintain and update lead databases, trackers, and CRM systems
- Follow up on leads and support the conversion process
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and persuasion abilities
- Hands-on ability in data mining, research, and lead generation
- Basic understanding of sales processes and client acquisition
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Slides
- Confident, professional, and result-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced agency environment
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Educational or practical exposure to advertising, marketing, media, or sales
- Familiarity with agency-style pitching and client servicing
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce
