We are looking for a Business Development professional with 1-2 years of experience in a manpower Industry.
As a part of the Business Development Team, you would be required to interact with the client on prospects over the phone as well as through written correspondence. You would be required to prospect, propose, negotiate, close deals, and manage client accounts end-to-end.
- Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
- Cold Calling, Business Networking , generating leads using Business Relationship and Business Intelligence Tool.
- Manage a team target and can generate good revenue.
- Understand the requirement and client's need and propose them our HR solutions.
- Daily reporting to the GM on the task assigned.
Pre-requisites:
- Experience of 1-2 years into recruitment sales.
- Should also have knowledge of end to end recruitment
