Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated freshers to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, communicating with potential clients, and supporting the sales process to drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Understand client requirements and explain the company's products and services effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with leads regularly.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Prepare and maintain daily sales activity reports.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
