Job Description

Salary: Up to $4,500 basic + $1,100 transport allowance + mobile & petrol reimbursement
Location: Tuas
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Job Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities and identify potential clients within the waste management industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Conduct client visits, presentations and site assessments to understand customers waste management needs.
Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial solutions based on customer requirements.
Follow up on sales leads, negotiate terms and drive business opportunities through to closure.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth implementation of services and address customer requirements.
Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates and regular business development reports.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in business development, sales or account management is preferred.
Experience in waste management, environmental services, logistics or related industries will be an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Must possess a valid driving licence and own a vehicle due to frequent client/site visits.
