Business Development Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive at our office in Rajkot. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, cultivating client relationships, and driving business growth. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to expand the company's client base and deliver on business development strategies.

• Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and capture potential opportunities
• Strong Business acumen and Account Management experience to nurture and expand client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey ideas and strategies to clients and internal teams
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet challenging targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in ERP or software services is a plus
• Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
