Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients in target markets. Develop and execute strategies to approach and secure new business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored creative solutions that drive their business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align sales strategies with agency capabilities and market trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Showcase VOLUME's creative capabilities and successfully convert prospects into clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use insights to identify opportunities and develop competitive strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including creative, marketing, and account management, to ensure seamless execution of client projects and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and sales performance. Prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the advertising, marketing, or creative industries.

  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of the advertising and marketing landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
