Business Development Executive (Voice)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive – Voice to connect with potential customers, explain products/services, generate leads, and convert them into sales or appointments. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn can apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Handle inbound calls and customer queries.
• Explain products/services to customers.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
• Follow up with customers regularly.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Maintain customer and call details in CRM/system.
• Build positive customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Good listening and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work towards targets.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• English and regional language communication preferred.

Eligibility

• Any Graduate / Intermediate.
• Freshers can apply.
• 0–1 year experience in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Business Development is preferred.
