Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in IT sales and online bidding portals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PeoplePerHour, identifying new opportunities, communicating with international clients, and closing deals for IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business through online bidding portals and freelance marketplaces.
- Identify potential clients and projects for web development, mobile app development, and IT services.
- Write customized proposals, cover letters, and project bids.
- Communicate with clients via chat, email, and video meetings to understand project requirements.
- Negotiate project scope, pricing, and timelines with clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and long-term collaboration.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper project delivery.
- Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Required Skills
- Experience with bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PeoplePerHour.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to understand IT project requirements.
- Knowledge of web development, mobile apps, UI/UX, and software services.
- Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
- Experience with lead generation and client handling.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 15 years experience in IT sales or business development.
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Canada, Australia markets).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
