Business Development Executive (BDE) – Education & VR Solutions

Company

The Business Development Executive is responsible for school and college partnerships, presenting VR learning solutions, generating leads, and closing institutional subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

• Identify schools, colleges, and training institutions

• Visit campuses and meet Principals / Management

• Build local education network

Product Presentation

• Explain VR education solutions

• Arrange demo sessions

• Coordinate with operations team for VR setup

Presentations & Conversion

• Follow up with decision makers

• Negotiate subscription plans

• Close institutional deals

Relationship Management

• Maintain long-term school relationships

• Support renewals and referrals

• Collect feedback from institutions

Reporting

• Daily visit report

• Weekly sales pipeline update

• CRM or lead tracking updates

Required

• Any Degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

• Good communication (English + Tamil)

• Willing to travel

• Basic presentation skills

Salary Structure (Startup-Friendly Model)

Performance Incentive

Expected Monthly Earnings: ₹25,000 – ₹55,000+
