Business Development Executive ( Video Marketing Services)

About the Role

We're looking for a Business Development Executive who can build pipeline, convert opportunities, and close creative service deals. This is a hunter role—you'll own outbound prospecting, nurture leads, and work closely with our Video Director to craft solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, referrals, and inbound enquiries.
• Identify and qualify client requirements by understanding their brand, audience, and business goals.
• Collaborate with the Video Director to create compelling proposals and creative solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline from first conversation to deal closure.
• Build long-term relationships with startup founders, marketing teams, and growing brands.
• Consistently achieve lead generation and revenue targets.

Who We're Looking For

Non-negotiable Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Business Development within a creative agency, video production agency, or digital marketing agency.
• Experience selling creative services, video production, or related marketing solutions.
• Strong outbound prospecting skills using LinkedIn, cold email, and other outreach channels.
• Consultative sales approach with the ability to understand and solve client problems.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Available to join within 2 weeks.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to product positioning or go-to-market strategy.
• Previous experience working with startups or founder-led businesses.
• Familiarity with AI tools in sales or marketing workflows.
