Job Title: Business Development Executive

Department: Sales / Business Development

Location: Satellite, Ahmedabad (On-site)

Shift Timing: 11:30 AM 9:00 PM (5 days working)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce company services, understand business requirements, and set up meetings.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
  • Work closely with management to develop sales strategies, set targets, and monitor performance metrics.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, client demands, and competitor activities.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including campaigns, digital promotions, and brand-building efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
