Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce company services, understand business requirements, and set up meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
- Work closely with management to develop sales strategies, set targets, and monitor performance metrics.
- Stay updated with industry trends, client demands, and competitor activities.
- Support marketing initiatives, including campaigns, digital promotions, and brand-building efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
