Role Description</p>
A Business Development Executive in a coaching institute is responsible for driving student admissions and revenue growth by generating leads, counselling parents/students, and converting inquiries into enrollments. The role involves building strong relationships with schools, colleges, and local communities, supporting marketing activities, and ensuring a smooth admission process. The BDE works closely with the academic and operations team to achieve monthly admission targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
* Generate student leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, events, and digital sources.
* Counsel students and parents about coaching programs, course structure, and benefits.
* Follow up with prospective parents/students and ensure timely conversions.
* Meet monthly admission targets and contribute to overall branch revenue growth.
* Organize and support marketing activities like seminars, demo classes, school visits, and promotions.
* Develop partnerships with schools/colleges and maintain good relationships with management teams.
* Maintain lead data and update CRM regularly with follow-up status.
* Handle customer queries, objections, and provide proper solutions to close admissions.
* Coordinate with academic team for demo scheduling, batch allocation, and onboarding.
* Provide market feedback and competitor insights to improve sales strategy.
