Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Mehsana. The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying and driving new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and managing accounts. The role will include developing strategies to achieve sales goals, ensuring excellent client communication, and collaborating with teams to meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong knowledge and experience in Business operations and Account Management
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Analytical skills for identifying market trends and potential business opportunities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in IT services or staffing solutions is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and business development strategies is preferred
