Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Consultant – IT Staffing Sales who can drive new business acquisition, build strong client relationships, and grow our IT staffing portfolio. This role requires a consultative mindset, strong sales acumen, and hands-on experience in selling IT staffing and resource augmentation services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end IT staffing sales including contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent hiring models
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across startups, mid-market, and enterprise clients
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound leads
  • Understand client requirements and position VAYUZ's IT staffing and delivery capabilities effectively
  • Work closely with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment and client satisfaction
  • Negotiate commercials, contracts, and terms with clients to achieve win-win outcomes
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and account expansion
  • Track sales performance, revenue forecasts, and client interactions using CRM tools
  • Stay updated on market trends, hiring demands, and competitor offerings in the IT staffing ecosystem

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–8 years of experience in IT staffing sales / business development / consulting sales
  • Proven track record of closing staffing deals and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of IT skill sets, hiring models, and staffing life cycle
  • Experience working with MSPs, direct clients, or enterprise accounts is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving and consultative selling approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling staffing for technologies such as Cloud, Data, AI/ML, DevOps, ERP, and Engineering
  • Existing client network in IT services or staffing space
  • Familiarity with global staffing models (India, US, Europe, Middle East)
