We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientedBusiness Development Executive Bidding Specialistto join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, bidding, and securing projects on online platforms such asUpwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and other portals. You will be a key player in driving new business growth by crafting compelling proposals and converting leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and identify relevant projects/tenders on bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.)
- Write and submit high-quality, tailored proposals to prospective clients
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand project requirements
- Manage and update profiles on bidding platforms for better visibility
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication for ongoing deals
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to gather accurate project estimates and timelines
- Keep track of bids, responses, project pipeline, and conversion rate
- Meet monthly and quarterly bidding and closure targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in online bidding or freelance platforms (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong understanding of sales processes and online lead generation
- Ability to analyze client needs and suggest appropriate solutions
- Familiarity with IT services such as web/app development.
