Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our corporate client base for gifting solutions. The role involves identifying potential corporate clients, promoting customized gifting solutions, building long-term relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
Identify and approach potential corporate clients for bulk gifting requirements.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and market research.
Develop new business opportunities in corporate sectors such as IT, banking, retail, hospitality, and manufacturing.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new corporate clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable corporate gifting solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
3. Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing with clients.
Convert leads into successful business deals.
4. Coordination & Order Management
Coordinate with the design, procurement, and operations teams for customized gift production.
Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and client satisfaction.
Handle client feedback and resolve any issues promptly.
5. Market Research
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new gifting products.
Suggest innovative gifting ideas for festivals, employee engagement, and corporate events.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
