Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the US/International market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Engage with potential clients in the US/International market and understand their business requirements
  • Present company services and solutions effectively to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales / International Sales
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work in US shift (night shift)
  • Basic understanding of sales process and lead generation
  • Experience in logistics/freight brokerage (preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and convincing skills
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
