Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the US/International market.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Engage with potential clients in the US/International market and understand their business requirements
- Present company services and solutions effectively to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales / International Sales
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work in US shift (night shift)
- Basic understanding of sales process and lead generation
- Experience in logistics/freight brokerage (preferred but not mandatory)
Preferred Skills:- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
- Familiarity with CRM tools
