Business Development Executive – US Staffing (MSP / VMS / Direct Clients / GCC)
Job Summary
SharpAtoms is looking for a Business Development Executive to grow our US Staffing business.
You'll be working with MSPs, VMS programs, direct clients, and GCCs, bringing in new clients, closing agreements, and building long-term business.
This role is for someone who understands the US staffing space and knows how to turn conversations into real opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to and connect with MSPs, VMS programs, direct clients, and GCCs
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and your existing network
- Handle the full sales cycle — from first conversation to MSA/vendor onboarding and closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and vendor managers
- Work closely with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure requirements are fulfilled
- Grow accounts and drive repeat business
- Keep a consistent pipeline and follow up regularly
Performance Expectations
- Build a solid pipeline and keep it moving
- Turn conversations into signed agreements (MSA/vendor onboarding)
- Start getting requirements from clients early on
- Bring in and grow a few active client accounts
- Maintain consistency in adding new business
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in US IT staffing business development
- Good understanding of MSP/VMS, direct clients, and GCCs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage the sales cycle independently
- Self-driven and comfortable working with targets
Good to Have
- Existing contacts with MSPs, hiring managers, or GCC stakeholders
- Experience in client acquisition and closures
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, etc.
