Business Development Executive – US Staffing (MSP / VMS / Direct Clients / GCC)

Job Summary

SharpAtoms is looking for a Business Development Executive to grow our US Staffing business.

You'll be working with MSPs, VMS programs, direct clients, and GCCs, bringing in new clients, closing agreements, and building long-term business.

This role is for someone who understands the US staffing space and knows how to turn conversations into real opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to and connect with MSPs, VMS programs, direct clients, and GCCs
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and your existing network
  • Handle the full sales cycle — from first conversation to MSA/vendor onboarding and closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and vendor managers
  • Work closely with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure requirements are fulfilled
  • Grow accounts and drive repeat business
  • Keep a consistent pipeline and follow up regularly

Performance Expectations

  • Build a solid pipeline and keep it moving
  • Turn conversations into signed agreements (MSA/vendor onboarding)
  • Start getting requirements from clients early on
  • Bring in and grow a few active client accounts
  • Maintain consistency in adding new business

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in US IT staffing business development
  • Good understanding of MSP/VMS, direct clients, and GCCs
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage the sales cycle independently
  • Self-driven and comfortable working with targets

Good to Have

  • Existing contacts with MSPs, hiring managers, or GCC stakeholders
  • Experience in client acquisition and closures
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, etc.
