Our US-shifted teams drive real-time engagement with decision-makers across time zones, turning prospects into revenue.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end business development cycles: identify, qualify, and connect with US-based prospects via cold outreach, LinkedIn, email, and phone.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to tailor messaging, align on ICPs, and deliver qualified leads that convert.
- Conduct market research to uncover new verticals, competitor gaps, and high-intent accounts for outreach campaigns.
- Track, log, and report on daily KPIs including calls made, meetings booked, and pipeline generated using CRM platforms.
- Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams to ensure seamless handoff of leads and consistent messaging across touchpoints.
- Adapt rapidly to feedback from sales leaders and refine pitch frameworks, objection handling, and follow-up cadences.
