Senior SDR / BDR In Office - Revnew
We're Revnew, a content syndication + lead gen partner for B2B tech marketers. We help demand gen teams fill pipeline with qualified conversations. Now we need a proven outbound hunter to expand our net-new logos and book meetings that turn into revenue.
The Role
Own top-of-funnel outbound. You will prospect, cold call, run tight email/LI sequences, and book qualified meetings for our Account Executives. No fluff, no endless research. High-quality volume, tight messaging, clean handoffs.
Must-Haves (non-negotiable)
- 3+ years of hardcore cold calling in B2B (not some calls, not just inbound).
- Consistent track record of beating meeting-set and pipeline targets.
- Comfortable making 100+ dials/day and driving multi-threaded sequences.
- Clear, concise communicator who can think on their feet and handle objections.
- CRM discipline (HubSpot/Salesforce), sequencing tools (Apollo/Outreach/HubSpot), and LI Sales Navigator proficiency.
- You can work remote with reliable internet and overlap with US time zones.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience selling to Demand Gen, Marketing Ops, Product/IT leaders at B2B tech companies.
- Familiarity with content syndication, MQL programs, ABM, and marketing funnels.
What You'll Do
- Own a targeted account list; build and maintain clean, working sequences.
- Cold call first. Supplement with tight email + LinkedIn.
- Qualify using clear criteria (ICP fit, pain, timeline, next step).
- Book meetings, prep AEs, and ensure handoffs don't drop.
- Track activities and outcomes; iterate messaging fast.
- Report weekly on meetings set, held, and pipeline influenced.
Targets & Metrics (so we're aligned)
- 1220 qualified meetings/month (role and region dependent).
- 70% show rate on meetings you set.
Compensation
- Base + uncapped commission. OTE aligned with top-quartile SDRs; we'll pay for performance.
