Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, primarily focusing on US sales. This role requires expertise in cold calling, email campaigns, meeting scheduling, and follow-ups to build a robust sales pipeline. Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or healthcare sales is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls and manage targeted email campaigns to generate and qualify leads from US-based clients.

Schedule meetings and product demos with prospective clients to discuss their business needs.

Maintaining consistent follow-ups to nurture leads through the sales funnel and close deals.

Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to optimize sales strategies. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Track sales activities and report progress using CRM tools.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in US sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Familiarity with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and healthcare sales is highly desirable. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
