Role: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)

We are looking for highly driven sales professionals to convert warm leads into enrollments through consultative selling and video counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Connect with 60–70 warm leads daily via calls/video sessions
  2. Conduct 1:1 video counseling sessions with parents & learners
  3. Understand customer needs and recommend the right program
  4. Handle objections, negotiation & closing sales
  5. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle (lead to conversion)
  6. Achieve weekly/monthly revenue targets
  7. Ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience
