Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Business Development Executive /Upwork & Fiverr Bidder / Lead Generation Specialist located in Mohali district. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms, writing proposals, communicating with clients, and converting leads into business opportunities while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Lead Generation through/Upwork, Fiverr, and freelancing platforms
  • Strong proposal writing and client communication skills
  • Ability to identify and convert quality leads
  • Knowledge of sales funnel management and profile optimization
  • Experience handling international clients (US, UK, EU, AU)
  • Understanding of SEO, PPC, Amazon, Walmart, and eCommerce services is a plus
  • Good negotiation, closing, and CRM management skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
  • 1–3 years of experience in bidding or lead generation roles preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
