This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at our Gurugram location. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating and managing leads, and fostering relationships with potential and existing clients. The Business Development Executive will also focus on effective account management and contribute to achieving organizational growth objectives.

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive growth and acquire new clients
• Strong skills in Business and Account Management for effective client relationships and collaboration
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly and professionally interact with clients and colleagues
• Result-driven mindset with an appetite for sales and achieving targets
• Relevant experience or academic background in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage
