Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring prospective clients, building relationships with customers, providing property-related advisory services, and delivering excellent customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, understanding customer requirements, executing sales strategies, meeting revenue targets, and providing post-sales support to clients. The role requires a proactive approach, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for exceeding targets and delivering results in the real estate sector.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Negotiation skills, with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Customer Relationship Management and Client Engagement skills
  • Strong Communication and Presentation abilities coupled with Interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivation and result-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently
  • Basic knowledge of the Real Estate market and trends is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM platforms
  • Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to a high-performance culture
  • Previous experience in the real estate sector will be a plus
