Designation: Business Development Executive
Roles and responsibilities: -
• Connecting with inbound enquiries
• Generating Interests for online Chess classes
• Explaining various courses, clearing their doubts, and suggesting them the best
option
• Generating revenue (Meeting or exceeding sales target)
• Establishing new business opportunities
• Adopting best practices for improving lead to sales conversion ratio
• Maintaining accurate records
• Reviewing sales performance
• Making sure demo is coordinated well and conducted on time
• Usage of technology and computer skills (Excel, Word, Mails, WhatsApp): Training
in CRM will be provided
• Dealing with parents of young kids and hence the most important aspect of this
job would be your interpersonal skills and sensitivity to our customers
* Excellent Communication Skills
* 6 Days working in a week | Wednesday fixed week off
* 3-6 year of experience in Business Development or sales
* Inside sales with international clients is Plus
