Job Title: Property Hunting Executive

Reporting To: Property Manager / Business Development Manager
Role Overview
The Property Hunting Executive will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and shortlisting suitable properties based on client or company requirements. The role involves conducting market research, coordinating site visits, maintaining property databases, and building relationships with property owners, brokers, and developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and shortlist suitable properties as per given requirements (location, budget, type, and specifications).
- Conduct property market research and maintain updated listings.
- Coordinate and conduct site visits with clients or internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, brokers, developers, and channel partners.
- Negotiate rental/lease/sale terms in coordination with the management or sales team.
- Prepare property comparison sheets, reports, and documentation.
- Verify basic property details and collect necessary documents from owners/brokers.
- Track market trends, pricing, and availability of properties.
- Maintain a property database and update status on inquiries and closures.
- Support end-to-end coordination until finalization of property.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 13 years of experience in real estate sourcing / property scouting / brokerage / leasing.
- Experience in residential or commercial property markets will be an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good market awareness and networking ability.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Basic understanding of property documentation and legal terms.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and property evaluations.
