About this Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to support and grow our UK KPO operations.
The role focuses on acquiring UK-based clients, managing relationships, and driving revenue through professional outsourcing solutions such as accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and back-office services.
Requirement
Preferred qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
Experience working with UK accounting firms or professional services clients.
Understanding of UK compliance and data security expectations. Experience 14 years (UK market / KPO / Professional Services preferred) Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (UK business English).
Understanding of UK outsourcing/KPO/BPO services.
Experience in international lead generation and sales.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated approach.
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Key Responsibilities
o Identify and generate new business opportunities in the UK market through outbound and inbound channels.
o Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with UK accounting firms, SMEs, and professional service providers.
o Conduct virtual meetings and calls aligned with UK working hours.
o Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to propose suitable KPO solutions.
o Prepare and present professional proposals, pricing, and service offerings.
o Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and conversions in CRM systems.
o Monitor market trends and competitor offerings.
o Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets
