Job Responsibilities
- Manage UK-based clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting leads into long-term customer relationships.
- Build and sustain strong, trust-based client relationships to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and generate insightful sales performance reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience working directly with UK-based clients is mandatory.
- Experience in international sales, business development, or account management.
- Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours to align with UK business hours.
